Financial transaction information
Eleven dollars and fifty cents from the purchase price of twenty six dollars (AUD$26.00) goes directly to the CFA – the balance of the monies paid is used to cover production and administration costs.
When purchasing your rose, please nominate a CFA brigade to benefit directly from this contribution.
Order period
Final online orders of bare rooted Firestar Roses for 2012 must be placed by Friday 31st August, 2012.
Shipping your order
- Roses are packed as “bare rooted” stock, ready for immediate planting. Instructions on planting and care are included on the label.
- Orders will be despatched in groups on designated “despatch weeks” via Australia Post who quote three (3) days for delivery.
Delivery
- Delivery charges through Australia Post are AUD$9.00 within Victoria and $9.50 elsewhere in Australia.
- We deliver Australia wide, using Australia Post
How long will it take?
Quarantine inspection charges and delays are not applicable as all roses are shipped from South Australia which has no relevant restrictions. All orders are despatched from Knight’s Roses in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Despatch will only commence on the scheduled despatch dates, regardless of when you order.
Despatch dates:
- Orders taken up until 30 April 2012 will be dispatched week commencing 14 May 2012
- Orders taken from 1 May 2012 to 31st May 2012 will be dispatched week commencing 11th June 2012
- Orders taken from 1 June 2012 to 30 June 2012 will be dispatched week commencing 9th July 2012
- Orders taken from 1 July 2012 to 31 July 2012 will be dispatched week commencing 6th August 2012
- Orders taken from 1 August 2012, up to and including Friday 31st August 2012, will be despatched in the week commencing Monday 3rd September 2012.
- Although every attempt will be made to ship late orders, orders placed after Wednesday 31st August, 2011, may be stockpiled for later delivery, with first orders being dispatched in June 2013.
In most cases your rose will take 2 to 4 days from the despatch date to reach you.
Should there be a delay, please check the website, as if we have unexpectedly large numbers of orders we may need to reschedule and will advise everyone via our website - www.firestarrose.com.au.
If the offer is over subscribed delivery of later orders will be in the following season, commencing May 2013.
Your guarantee
- Knight’s Roses, the growers of Firestar Rose, offer a full replacement guarantee should a plant not grow.
- Email info@firestarrose.com.au and we will arrange a replacement plant.
- If the plant has died, Knight’s Roses may require you to return the plant with a matchbox sized soil sample from the planting position at your expense (Freight or mailing charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser).
- If the plant dies or fails to arrive as ordered, a second delivery will be made or cost of the rose refunded (at Knight’s discretion).
- Replacement roses, depending on availability, may be delivered in that year or the next, or a replacement product offered.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30th October of the year of purchase.
